These terms cover your use of the VNC AI Solutions website at vncaisolutions.com and, unless a separate agreement says otherwise, your use of products we publish through this site, including FoodMap AI. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The website
We provide the site for general information about our products and services. We may change or withdraw pages, products, or these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page.
Information on the site is provided in good faith but may be incomplete or out of date. Paid work, custom development, and consulting start only when we agree the scope and price in writing (including by email). A message sent through the site is an enquiry, not an order.
FoodMap AI and health information
FoodMap AI estimates FODMAP content and nutrition information from text or images you choose to check. Results are informational. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or the label on a product. You are responsible for decisions you make about food, allergies, and your health. Do not rely on the extension in an emergency.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or our products in a way that breaks the law
- attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or related systems
- copy or resell our software, content, or branding except as these terms or the applicable store licence allow
- submit content you do not have the right to share
Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics, logos, and our software are owned by VNC AI Solutions or our licensors. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy the site or our product code for a competing service without our written permission.
Third-party services
The site links to other sites, including FoodMap AI and the Chrome Web Store, and it loads Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Fonts. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for how a browser store distributes an extension.
Liability
The site and any free tools are provided “as is”. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site or free products.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also keep any rights that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer law give you.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
