Who we are

Information this website collects

  • Email you send us. If you write to vncaisolutions@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any details you choose to include. We use that information to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
  • Contact form. The form on this site asks for your name, email address, and message. It currently checks those fields in your browser and does not send them to our servers. Do not use it for confidential information. Email us if you want a reply.
  • Usage data. This site loads Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. Those services may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location, and they may set cookies or similar identifiers. Google Fonts is also loaded from Google’s servers so the site can display its typeface.

Why we use it

  • To answer enquiries and, where relevant, to discuss or deliver services you ask for.

  • To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.

FoodMap AI

FoodMap AI is our Chrome extension for checking FODMAP content and nutrition information. When you use it, the text you highlight or the food image you choose to analyse is processed so the extension can return a result. That output is general information, not medical advice. The Chrome Web Store listing for the version you install describes the permissions and data that version uses. Email us if you want a copy of the data we hold about you in connection with the product.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond, to maintain a record of a client relationship, or to meet a legal requirement, and then we delete them. Server logs and analytics data are kept according to the settings of the tools that collect them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use Google (Tag Manager, Ads, and Fonts) to operate this website. If you email us, your message is stored in that email account and by the email provider. Those providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s international transfer safeguards, such as the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

If UK GDPR applies to you, you can ask us to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • provide a copy in a portable format, where that right applies
