Connect your store
Install BrandMoments from your Shopify admin. It imports your order history and works out each customer’s first order, order count, favourite products and spend.

Switch on the moments that suit your brand, from a purchase anniversary to a year in review. Sensible defaults are on, and each moment has its own story template.
Stories go out, orders come back
When a customer reaches a moment, they receive a short personalised story with a unique discount code at the end. Orders that use the code are counted on your dashboard.

Each story ends with a discount code that is unique to that customer, so repeat orders can be traced back to the story that prompted them. Stories are easy to share, which brings the brand in front of new people too.
